STP Air Cargo Acceptance

AIM: This is a TRAINAIR PLUS Standard Training Package which provides cargo agents with the necessary knowledge and skills required to accept and handle cargo appropriately in an efficient and safe manner according to the TACT Rules and other regulatory manuals i.e. Dangerous Goods Regulation (DGR) and Live Animals Regulations (LAR).

Dangerous Goods Regulations – CAT 10

AIM: This dangerous goods regulation course Complies with mandatory training requirements for Flight crew members and load planners. The Dangerous Goods Regulations CAT-10 course looks at the philosophy, application and limitations of handling dangerous goods in aviation.
Dangerous Goods Regulations – CAT 9

AIM: This dangerous goods regulations course comply with mandatory training requirements for Airline staff or Ground Handling Agent staff involved in handling of passengers. On completion of this course the personnel will be able to recognize dangerous goods in the passengers’ baggage, to identify the hidden indications and assess the threat level within their competence; the personnel will know what requirements apply to the baggage of passengers and crews; will be able to act in emergency situations caused by the incidents with dangerous goods. After a successfully passed test the trainees will receive a certificate with a validity term of 2 years.

Dangerous Goods Regulations – CAT 6

AIM: The main objective of this course is to provide the Airlines, Freight Forwarders and Shipper’s with knowledge and skills required to determine when a consignment of dangerous goods is prepared, handled, stored and transported in accordance to the ICAO Technical Instructions and IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and apply it correctly and efficiently without any mistakes for DG’s. Air lines staff will familiar with Acceptance Check list and the Freight Forwarders and Shipper’s will be able to Identify, Classify Pack, Mark, Label and Documented their DG shipments. Course will conduct by the IATA and GCAA approved DG instructor.
